Member Service Representative-Drive Thru Teller

The primary responsibility will be to provide services to members at the drive-thru and therefore this position will have fewer separate job duties.

Purpose:

Member Service Representatives are the windows of GRANCO’s service philosophy and the source of member satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, telephone requests, certificates, money orders and other member transactions as needed.
  • Maintain a friendly, comfortable atmosphere for the members and for other employees. 
  • Give complete and accurate service to the members.
  • Maintain, secure and balance cash drawer daily.
  • All other duties as and when assigned.
